Consent to personal data processing

Given at event registration by ticking a separate box in the form

By ticking the box “I give my consent to personal data processing” in the registration form on the website, I, the data subject, freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give specific, informed, conscious and unambiguous consent to individual entrepreneur Francis Yav Akandor (INN 971300692360, OGRNIP 324237500363737, address: 49 Zavodskaya St., Krasnodar, Krasnodar Krai, Russia), the “Operator”, to process my personal data on the following terms.

1. Data

Full name, email address, phone number, company name (if given), number of seats paid for, payment details (ID, amount, date, status).

2. Purposes

  • registration for the “Autumn Business Brunch” event on 31 October 2026 and performance of the agreement under the public offer;
  • sending the registration confirmation and event information;
  • accepting payment and making refunds;
  • responding to my requests.

3. Operations

Collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion and destruction, with and without automation.

4. Third parties

I agree that, for these purposes, the Operator may entrust processing to or transfer my data to YooMoney LLC (NKO), the YooKassa service, for payments and refunds, and to Yandex.Cloud LLC for hosting the website and sending emails.

5. Term and withdrawal

This consent is valid from when it is given until the purposes are achieved, but for no more than 3 (three) years, or until withdrawn. It can be withdrawn by email to lightclever@gmail.com. After withdrawal the Operator may continue processing without consent in the cases listed in Art. 6(1)(2)–(11) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.
