Personal data policy

1. General provisions

1.1. This Policy is issued under Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data” (the “Law”) and sets out how personal data is processed and protected.

1.2. The personal data operator is individual entrepreneur Francis Yav Akandor (INN 971300692360, OGRNIP 324237500363737, address: 49 Zavodskaya St., Krasnodar, Krasnodar Krai, Russia), the “Operator”.

1.3. The Policy applies to personal data the Operator receives through the website on which it is published (the “Website”) and in correspondence with data subjects.

1.4. The Policy is publicly available on the Website.

2. Data processed

2.1. At event registration: full name, email address, phone number, company name (if given), number of seats paid for.

2.2. Payment details: payment ID, amount, date and status, payment method.

2.3. Technical data sent automatically when you visit the Website: IP address, browser information, date and time of the request. This data is kept in the hosting provider’s logs.

2.4. Bank account and card details are entered on the YooKassa side. The Operator does not receive or store them.

2.5. The Operator does not process special categories of personal data or biometric data.

3. Purposes

• event registration and performance of the agreement concluded under the public offer;
• sending the registration confirmation and event information: address, time, changes;
• accepting payments and making refunds;
• meeting the requirements of Russian law, including tax and accounting;
• responding to requests from data subjects.

4. Legal grounds

• the data subject’s consent (Art. 6(1)(1) of the Law), given as a separate document — the consent to personal data processing;
• performance of an agreement to which the data subject is a party (Art. 6(1)(5));
• obligations imposed on the Operator by Russian law (Art. 6(1)(2)).

5. Processing operations

5.1. The Operator collects, records, organizes, accumulates, stores, updates, retrieves, uses, transfers (provides, gives access to), blocks, deletes and destroys personal data, with and without automation.

6. Transfer to third parties

• YooMoney LLC (NKO), the YooKassa service — accepting payments and making refunds;
• Yandex.Cloud LLC — hosting the Website, running the payment module and sending emails.

These parties must keep personal data confidential and secure. Data may be disclosed to public authorities where Russian law requires it. No cross-border transfer of personal data takes place.

7. Storage and protection

7.1. Personal data of Russian citizens is recorded, organized, accumulated, stored, updated and retrieved using databases located in the Russian Federation.

7.2. Data is kept no longer than its purposes require: registration data for no more than 3 years after the event, payment records for the periods set by accounting and tax law. After that, or when consent is withdrawn, data is destroyed unless the law requires otherwise.

7.3. The Operator takes legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data, including transmission over HTTPS and restricted access.

8. Cookies and browser storage

8.1. The Website does not use cookies or web analytics. Only the ID of a created payment is saved in browser storage, to show the payment status after you return from YooKassa.

9. Your rights

9.1. You may obtain information about the processing of your data, ask for it to be corrected, blocked or destroyed if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate or unlawfully processed, withdraw consent, and complain to Roskomnadzor or a court.

9.2. Send requests to lightclever@gmail.com. The Operator replies within 10 (ten) working days of receipt; this may be extended by up to 5 (five) working days with notice of the reasons.

9.3. Consent is withdrawn by email to the same address. The Operator then stops processing within the time limits set by the Law, except where processing is allowed without consent.

10. Final provisions

10.1. The Operator may amend this Policy. A new edition takes effect when published on the Website.
