Refund terms

How to cancel and get your money back

This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Russian version is legally binding.

In short. If you change your mind, write to us before the brunch starts. We’ll refund the full amount to the account you paid from within 10 working days.

When you get a full refund

  • you cancel before the event starts on 31 October 2026;
  • the organizer cancels the event: the refund is automatic, no need to write;
  • the event is moved and the new date doesn’t suit you.

When there is no refund

After the event has started, or if a participant doesn’t attend and didn’t cancel in advance, except where Russian law provides otherwise.

How to request a refund

Email lightclever@gmail.com with the subject “Refund: Autumn Business Brunch” and include:

  • your full name;
  • the email you used to register;
  • the date and amount of payment.

The money is returned through YooKassa to the account you paid from via SBP within 10 working days of your email. How long it takes to arrive depends on your bank.

If you paid for several seats

You can get a refund for all seats or just some of them. Say in your email how many seats you want refunded.
