Public offer

1. General provisions

1.1. This document is the official proposal (public offer) of individual entrepreneur Francis Yav Akandor (INN 971300692360, OGRNIP 324237500363737), hereinafter the “Organizer”, to conclude a service agreement on the terms set out below, in accordance with Article 437(2) of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

1.2. Payment for participation in the Event constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this offer under Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. From the moment of acceptance the agreement is deemed concluded on the terms of this offer.

1.3. The Organizer may change the terms of the offer. Changes take effect when the new edition is published on the Website and do not apply to agreements concluded before publication.

2. Definitions

2.1. Website — the website on which this offer is published.

2.2. Event — the business brunch “Autumn Business Brunch” on the theme “Disruptive Growth”, held on 31 October 2026 in Moscow.

2.3. Customer — an individual who has filled in the registration form on the Website and paid for participation in the Event.

2.4. Participant — the Customer and any persons for whose participation the Customer has paid.

2.5. Seat — the right of one Participant to attend the Event.

2.6. Payment service — the YooKassa service operated by YooMoney LLC (NKO), through which payment is accepted.

3. Subject of the agreement

3.1. The Organizer undertakes to provide the Customer with a service ensuring participation in the Event, namely to provide Participants with Seats at the Event and to organize the Event, and the Customer undertakes to pay for the service.

3.2. The Organizer sends the venue address and start time to the email address the Customer gave at registration no later than 1 (one) calendar day before the Event.

3.3. The content and running order of the Event, including the speakers, are determined by the Organizer. If a speaker cannot appear for reasons beyond the Organizer’s control, the Organizer may replace them or change the programme and will inform the Customer. In that case the Customer may cancel and receive a full refund under section 6.

4. Price and payment

4.1. The price of one Seat is:

• 2,000 ₽ for payments made up to and including 23:59 Moscow time on 28 October 2026;
• 4,000 ₽ for payments made from 00:00 Moscow time on 29 October 2026.

4.2. The price is determined when the payment is created and is shown to the Customer on the Payment service page. The total equals the price of one Seat multiplied by the number of Seats the Customer chose at registration. No more than 10 Seats can be paid for in one registration.

4.3. Prices are in Russian rubles. Payment is made by bank transfer through the Payment service using the Faster Payments System (SBP).

4.4. The Customer’s payment obligation is fulfilled when the Payment service confirms the payment.

4.5. Registration closes at 00:00 Moscow time on 31 October 2026, or earlier if all Seats are taken.

5. Provision of the service

5.1. After payment is confirmed, the Organizer sends a registration confirmation to the Customer’s email address.

5.2. The service is provided on the date of the Event at the address communicated under clause 3.2. No delivery is involved.

5.3. A Customer who paid for several Seats shall give the Organizer the Participants’ names on request and make them aware of the terms of this offer.

5.4. The Organizer may refuse admission to anyone who breaches public order or the venue rules.

6. Cancellation and refunds

6.1. The Customer may cancel participation at any time before the Event starts by sending a request to the Organizer’s email address listed in section 11. The request states the Customer’s full name, email address, and the date and amount of payment.

6.2. If the Customer cancels before the Event starts, the Organizer refunds the amount paid in full.

6.3. The refund is made within 10 (ten) working days of receiving the request, by the same method used for payment. The time it takes to reach the Customer’s account depends on the Customer’s bank.

6.4. After the Event has started, no refunds are made except where Russian law provides otherwise. A Participant’s failure to attend without cancelling before the Event starts is not a ground for a refund.

6.5. If the Organizer cancels the Event, the amount paid is refunded in full within 10 (ten) working days of the cancellation without any request. If the Event is moved to another date, the Customer may attend on the new date or receive a full refund under clauses 6.1–6.3.

7. Rights and obligations

7.1. The Organizer shall provide the service in accordance with this offer and inform the Customer of changes concerning the Event in good time.

7.2. The Customer shall provide accurate data at registration and pay for the service on time. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.

8. Liability

8.1. The parties are liable for non-performance or improper performance of their obligations in accordance with Russian law.

8.2. The Organizer is not liable for payment failures caused by the Payment service, the Customer’s bank or communication networks, or for non-performance due to force majeure.

9. Personal data

9.1. The Organizer processes the Customer’s personal data in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”, the Personal data policy, and the consent to personal data processing the Customer gives at registration.

10. Disputes

10.1. The relationship between the parties is governed by the law of the Russian Federation.

10.2. The parties seek to settle disputes by negotiation. A claim is sent to the other party’s email address and is considered within 10 (ten) working days of receipt.

10.3. If a dispute is not settled this way, it is referred to a court in accordance with Russian law.
